Maloy Mobile Storage builds portable office units for rent, lease or sale to customers from many industries; construction, retail, business and more! We offer a variety of sizes and styles to fit your needs.

	The following installed components are typical in our 8' 6" tall, 8' wide, 10’ and 20’ long ground level portable office units.
	Each office unit is insulated with 1 ½” Styrofoam, and finished with 5/8” Almond colored Melamine paneling with aluminum trim.
	The floor is painted Gray with industrial grade high traffic enamel paint.
	One sliding glass window with security bars is installed in the 2 long sides of the unit for optimum sunlight.
	The personnel door is 3068 18 gauge hollow metal insulated door with keyed alike lock set & dead bolt lock.
	Our electrical package includes 3 - 4’ 2 florescent lamp low profile fixtures, 16 interior outlets, 2 exterior GFCI outlets, 1 light switch, 2 telephone/data jacks, a load center and a safety disconnect.
	A 1–ton, Bard HVAC with 12,000 BTU cooling and 8 kw heat strip controlled by a digital thermostat handles all your heating and cooling needs. (All office units require 220v, single phase  connection)
	The exterior is painted Beige with industrial grade enamel paint.
	Starting with our 20’ office units we partition the unit, creating an 18” deep shelved storage area for small tool and supply storage.
