Maloy Mobile Storage builds portable office units for rent or sale to customers from many industries. These industries include construction, retail, business and more! We offer a variety of sizes and styles to fit your needs.

Typically installed components in our 8’6″ tall, 8′ wide, 10′ long and 20′ long ground-level portable office units include:

• Each office unit is insulated with 11/2″ Styrofoam, and finished with 5/8″ Almond-colored Melamine paneling with aluminum trim.
• The floor is painted gray with industrial grade high traffic enamel paint.
• One sliding glass window and one fixed window both with security bars is installed in the two long sides of the unit for optimum sunlight.
• The personnel door is 36’W x 6’8” H 18 gauge hollow metal insulated door with a locking, keyed alike, dead bolt lock.
• Our electrical package includes 3-4′ 2 bulb florescent lamp low fixtures, 16 interior outlets, two exterior GFCI outlets, one light switch, a load center and a safety disconnect.
• A 1-ton Bard HVAC with 12,000 BTU cooling and 8KW heat strip controlled by a digital thermostat handles all your heating and cooling needs. (All office units require 220v, single phase power connection.)
• The exterior is painted beige with industrial-grade enamel paint.
• Our 20′ office units have a partition wall in the unit, creating an 18″ deep shelved storage area, with exterior lockable swing doors for small tool and supply storage.
